How to view Spurs match on Player?

Anyone able to help please. I have not bothered with the player subscription before due to all the problems people report.
Out of desperation I subscribed to listen to the Spurs match. Now I want to see the highlights, every time I click on it the page simply disappears and nothing ever comes up. I got the Chris Powell interview no problem, so I am subscribed and logged in. Any idea what I am doing wrong please?
