You can add Big Birmingham to the list. Noisy aggressive home support but dismal, hide-in-the-shadows away following. Thinking about it, the Blews who do travel are probably embarrassed by the bullies who frequent St Andrews and keep a low profile to avoid copping any retribution. Their away-to-home ratio is truly appalling.
