Corners, free kicks, crosses - so few make it past the first defender it amazes me that none of our strikers have figured this out and make a run to the front post. Benson, BWP & Racon all today kept running to the back post as Francis stuck yet another cross onto the first defender...surely it would be easier to change the way our strikers run than try to get Francis to lift the all over the first defender?

    But when he puts in an absolute wonder ball they all miss when it only needs a touch

    We can't get a set piece right to save our lives and it has been like that the past few seasons. Every free kick or corner it goes straight to the keeper or the defender to clear it safe.

    Was that Francis at the end - thought it was Waggy but I am quite possibly wrong. What a shame BWP was not still on the pitch!

    The cross right near the end which three players missed was excellent quality

    That was once in a blue moon, I can't remember the last time we scored from a free kick but 99% of our set pieces have been poor

    he didn't, it was going wide until BWP stuck it in !
