I personally feel that having the crowd booing him, the team under performing, only splashes of quality being shown will do him good...

It will build his management character... and will give him a fear factor for performances next year... although he will only be looking to next week...

This is like a baptism of fire for him...

  • He had a remarkable start as a manager winning his first five (1 at Leicester) but has since had a disasterous time. Perhaps he got a little ahead of himself and tried to change things too quickly, injuries haven't helped.
    Hopefully he has learnt a lot in a short period, which will benefit him and us next season. Much too early to make a judgement as to whether he is a good or bad manager.

    They will do him good if he has it in him to be a manager - that's something nobody knows yet and for him to show. The board will want to see some evidence sooner rather than later. really hope we can be getting back to praising him this time next year as we love the bloke and clearly wabt to. life isn't always like that though.
