Three Generations of Pro Footballers

Seeing Tom Hateley at Motherwell rather brought it home how old I am as I have actually seen three generations of the family play - Tony, Mark & Tom.

Can anyone think of any other similar cases of Grandfather, Father & Son all making it as Professional footballers?

    Ouch that hurts!
  • How about the Allen clan? You couldn't go to a match without seeing one a while ago: Les, Clive, Paul, Martin, Dennis and, of course, Bradley. There must be a 3rd generation somewhere from all that!

  • Maybe another in the future, Diego Maradona's grandson is Sergio Aguero's son.
