    Stranger things have happened, he struck me footballing wise as a bit like Racon, there's a good footballer in there somewhere, but for every good game there'd be a series of under-performances and I was never convinced by his defensive qualities. That said I have been convinced by the defensive qualities of many of his erstwhile defensive colleagues.

    Not for me. I have never seen a player look so disinterested in playing. So even if he has good ability 9which he has) what happens the next time things get tough?
