  • Did UEFA really just run out of winners medals?
Surely they know how many squad members the two teams have?

It seems that there were enough medals (50 per club), but not enough out on the pitch as more players came up than UEFA were expecting.

I remember John Terry getting massive "full kit wanker" stick when he collected his medal in full kit, despite not playing, but that seems to be the norm now, with the likes of Maddison and Bergvall collecting their medals in full kit, despite not being in the final squad.
  • What price a Spurs return for Harry Kane now they are in the CL? Buyout is £54m and Spurs have first refusal.
Arsenal and Chelsea will bid £54m and 10p, and Daniel Levy will refuse to go any higher.
  • Ange was prepared to 'adapt' his principles and get 10 men behind the ball after going in front .. in contrast, Ruben A seemed stuck on Man U sticking to a 3 4 3 even when Maguire was utilised as a makeshift No9
Man U really have wasted vast sums on useless players over the past few years and it's unlikely they will be able to quickly undertake a much needed total rebuild of the squad

I'm sure that Arsenal in finishing 2nd in Premier, 3 times in a row are more successful than Peterborough who won the Vertu Trophy final in '25' 🙄

    I may be wrong 😀
  • forgot this was on. Shame spurs won it, only cos my brother supports them and i can't begin to describe what a cretin he is. If it wasn't for him I would of gone for spurs. Manchester has really let me down recently.

As mentioned before on ‘facts that don’t sound true, but are’ thread…

Spurs, despite all the jibes, have won a major trophy in every decade since 1950, bar the 2010s.

Only, funny enough, Manchester United can better that record.
Who invited Millwall to the conversation?
    😂

I am more Spurs than Millwall!! My first ever live game was Tottenham Hotspur v Portsmouth, 1987. I loved that Spurs side. And their kit.

  • I am so stealing that 😂😂😂😂😂

To be fair, my close Gooner mates have been pretty classy today.  Got well done messages from pretty much all of them.

  • this time last year there was the fans split and fighting etc at spurs
as said by myself and plenty of others spurs had to lose to Man City cos no one would give a fuck in 20 years time about their failed Champions League campaign but the gooner twunts would still be going on about spurs handing them the title and that would last forever
If Spurs had won that night , Arsenal would have been Premier League Champions
Spurs would have failed in the Champions League and missed out on winning the Europa League and having that to Lord over their displaced Woolwich neighbours
