    I think what he means is do Notts County really have more money for wages than us, not that we should be signing every good out of contract player. Pirlo and Parker aren't rumoured to be signing for league 1 sides are they.

    Yeah sorry my mistake, why would we want to ask about the availability of a big strong front man who's good in the air & holds the ball up well + a proven goalscoring record in the championship who 3 premier clubs have thought was a worthwhile signing, when we have Paul Benson or maybe even Mr Hayes who has a worse goalscoring rate then Pawel Abbott LOL . Notts County have offered him a 2 year contract & as they were taken for a ride to the tune of 7million last year I wouldn't think that they have more money down the back of the sofa than us. I would of thought we should be asking about players of this calibre but I bow to your greater knowledge.

    Parker & Scholes ? Ha ha I just can't get over your wonderful sense of humour, absolutely top drawer boys.
