How do you improve the discipline of the building?

To quote Pards,

"We've got a two-week break after the United game and I'm going to take the squad to Spain for some hard work in the sun.

"Our fitness levels can still improve and we are going to need everyone at their strongest for our last games.

"I also want to use the break to make some changes at the training ground, to alter the dynamics of the place and improve the discipline of the building."

Has anybody got any idea what the chuffing hell he's going on about?

    apparently he didn't like the showers down there..... i wonder if they're the ones that you have to press the button in for them to work every 20seconds

    like the old swimming baths ? tell him to give the button a good four or five pumps and the water should last longer.
