are charlton selling away match tickets on behalf of the home club (watford for instance) ?
and, if so, does that mean that by getting charlton to act as their agent and allowing charlton to make entry into a lottery (valley gold) a precondition to priority allocation, that makes watford a presumably unregistered party to that lottery ?
and dont lotteries and other games of chance for money have to be registered along with the names of those parties that are running them ?
so does that mean we can get the premier league to investigate every other club in the pl for irregularities and ask them to deduct points from them ?
