Was working in a school today, and found a box of these things: I borrowed one (will return it on Wednesday) and it says that I've "done" 11376 since putting it on my belt.
Is that average ?
As I said before, Me & technology don't work.

That's pretty good.  I average around 11,500 steps per day. I know this as I wear a pedometer every day (at least until September 6th) as part of this: http://www.gettheworldmoving.com/. Apparently the average office worker in the USA only walks about 3,000 steps a day and this programme is about getting people to walk more. I try and do at least 10,000 evey day (about 3.8 miles).
