what about us non-smokers eh? MCS - fancy going along?

Happy new year - happy new you?" asks Tess Scoble, of Greenwich Primary Care Trust.

"Everyone can make 2007 the year they are richer and healthier by quitting smoking."

The stop-smoking sessions at The Valley are run by a partnership between Greenwich Stop Smoking Service and the Charlton Community Trust, in association with Neighbourhood Renewal Greenwich.

The course takes place every Tuesday from 10.30-11.30am, and gets underway on February 13th, lasting until March 27th.

All those who sign up will have the chance to meet members of the Addicks squad and have the opportunity to win tickets to see Charlton in Premiership action.

What's more, Charlton merchandise prizes will be awarded to everyone who sets a quit date.
