If anyone is thinking of "Claiming back......" I would personally say avoid a company called "BrunelFranklin". I found that trying to "claim" "Money I'm owed" worked out that they say I now owe them money. And I have not recieved a penny.

I claimed through the FSCS, and recieved £825 from a 3k loan.

They usually have free to use template letters for this sort of thing.
