As part of the on going auctions for the CAFC Academy Bromley Addicks and Charlton Life we can offer a very special shirt.
This shirt was presented to the Lifer who has donated it at the game v Blackburn where it was announced that Alan Curbishley was stepping down as manager.
The shirt is in mint condition having never been worn and still has its tags.
The shirt is signed by over a dozen people including Curbs, Chris Powell, Matt Holland, Shaun Bartlett, Kelly Youga and many others who played that day.
The shirt is XL. Would look fantastic framed but would be a marvellous and historic item to own.
CAFC- West, who has very generously donated the shirt, has provided a letter as provenance which explains that on Saturday 29th April 2006 he was given the shirt as part of a hospitality package.
The shirt is for sale by auction. The auction ends on Friday 9th September 2011. The winning bidder will need to add postage or be willing to collect.
The starting bid is £40.
Good luck

Thanks Jon.
Just how much does RyanJ want the shirt?
Or is there someone else waiting to nip in at the last minute?

Congrats to JVL and hard luck to RyanJ and the other bidders.
Thanks again to CAFC- West who so generously donated the shirt. I did get him one of the last ever CL badges so it sort of evens it's self up.
And it's a record amount. The Who items raised more but there were three of them. And you know what there are three more signed shirts to come (2 CAFC, 1 England) that might raise even more than this one.
But that is all to look forward to in the months to come.

How much raised now for the Yoof Henry?

Off the top off my head 1186 but still waiting for a couple of people to pay (Cruicky and ValleyFred) and not been helped by the Post Office losing a parcel.
Hope we can get close to £2000 with all the new shirts that have been donated plus loads of other books, programmes etc.
