Will SCP be beaten to this by Phil Brown? Were top and unbeaten, surely he will?

    Hopefully.

Ask Karl Robinson or whatever he's called, about Franchise's results since he won it ......!

You'd think it would be a toss up between those two. Preston have won every league game since 13 August. Hartlepool's Mick Wadsworth also in with a shout.

    Not that it really matters.

I really hope SCP doesn't get it. It's Jinxed! Whoever gets it sees their team suddenly slump. It happened to MK Dons last month.

Phil Brown therefore get my vote ;-)

Remember once it's awarded, that manager's results merely change from exceptional to just normal.

I learned that pearl of wisdom on CL

Jinx or not, I still don't want it. Hands up anyone who wants to swap exceptional results for average ones?

10 League matches unbeaten now constitutes "normal" for Charlton. ......who would have thought it 6 months ago?
