    Match became more even once we matched their 4 3 3 formation. I can see us coming back in the 2nd half.

    I'd put Francis in goal, Doherty on the wing, Green at centre half and let the others do what they like. Maybe sit and chat in the centre circle. That formation befits the competition.

    Agreed WSS.....personal abuse not really needed, but I dont think it will ever change.

    Think you've gone a bit over the top there mate. People aren't moaning for the sake of moaning like you get on here sometimes, people are just pointing out a couple of professional football players playing like they've never seen a football before!

    Lay off Alonso, he has played a competitive match in months. And he was fine for first 20. Looks like one of those players who will play well when the team's playing well. Doherty is dreadful, just get rid of him, don't care about lack of cover. Hughes is truly awful as well, prob the biggest disappointment from the summer. Whatever he once had, it's gone now. Evinia looks decent as always. Hayes looks good as well, hasn't really put a foot wrong.

    I think Alonso's biggest problem is he's trying to be too Hollywood. It's a problem Jonjo used to have, always looking for the 60 yard pass or the swivel to lose the man rather than just clearing it. No doubt he's just trying a little too hard to impress. Does Hughes look a million times better when he uses his left foot? Has that taken him 600 games to figure out??
