Youth development favouring the elite

An interesting change in the financial structure of youth development.  The new system favours - again - Premier League Clubs and has implications for our own youth set up.  Noit sure if this would have affected the Jenkinson deal - probably not, but we diod get £500,000 for the player that went to Man U.  We woulkd not have seen anything near that based on the new system from what I can see.
