Sullivan 6 Some dodgy moments but can't have been easy coming on in those circumstances
Solly 8 excellent MoM.  With Waggy taken off he looked after that whole right side by himself
Morrison 7 Had a lot of work to get through via out overrun midfield and did most of it well
    Taylor 7 as Morrison
Wiggins 7.5 So much energy.  Premiership bound.
Hollands 6.5 tough game as totally outnumbered
Russell 6 time of Hughes to be given another go
Jackson 6.5 great to have him back - will get better with more games
Kermorgant 6.5 A quiet game for him, but still good
Wright Phillips 6 Hard for him with no service.  A goal will open the flood gates.
Pritchard 7 Like the look of this lad.  Lots of energy and is clearly loving every second.

Sullivan 6.5 - Looked nervous, but then you would be coming on for your first appearance of the season with only 5 minutes gone. Great save from Mooney and successful in the air

Solly 7 - Quiet first half but showed brilliant spirit in the second half and pushed forward well towards the end.

Morrison 6 - Strangely shaky, not impressive for their goal

Taylor 6 - Looked very slow and tired, but still solid enough

Wiggins 7 - Defended and attacked well, unlucky with shot cleared off the line

Hollands 6 - Didn't impose himself defensively but passed well

Russell 7.5 MOTM - Defended with crunching tackles and seemed the only player who realised that just tonking the ball up doesn't work with 10 men. He charged forward and laid it off brilliantly

Jackson 5 - Looked like he would start well but his participation was killed by the sending off. Just back from injury he didn't have the legs for the fight

Kermorgant 7 - Great range of passing and good ideas but struggled to create with 10 men on the pitch

Wright Phillips 6 - Chased but harrying is not his strength. Giving him that role was a mistake from Powell

Pritchard 7 - Excellent cameo, should be been brought on earlier

Sullivan - 6 - Struggled on crosses/Corners but made a fantastic save to keep us in the match

Solly - 6.5 - Left exposed down the right as Waggy had been taken off and Cook and Mcsweeny were all over him in the first half but he plugged away and improved in the 2nd.

Morrison - 6 - not quite up to scratch

    Taylor - 6 - see above

Wiggins - 8 - Our best player on the pitch - MOTM

Hollands - 6 - game seemed to pass him by

Russel - 6.5 - got forward quite a few times

Jackson - 6 - Getting back to full fitness so not at his best

Kermorgant - 6 - didn't see much of the ball

    Wright - Phillips - 6 - see above

Pritchard - 7 - added a bit of pace and was one of our most attacking players when he came on.

Think there are circumstances the "rules" ought to be changed. If a sub doesnt play 15 mins thats fine, if he's injured fine but if he makes a mistake costs us the game surely we should mark him Most players averages will fall after this game but Hamers doesnt. YET QUITE SIMPLY HE COST US THE GAME

Sullivan 5 - What is it with our keepers and charging out hopelessly/flapping at crosses
Solly  6.5- Good job, but could have got forward more.
Morrison 5 - Stretched out and exposed by the talents of Lisbie and Mooney
Taylor 5.5 A threat in attack, but looked pedestrian
Wiggins 7 A cut above the rest
    Hollands 6 Sadly missing
    Russell 5 Even more missing
Jackson 6 Looked OK inside, but didn't get a hold of the game.
Kermorgant 6 Tried hard, but flicks didn't land today.
Wright Phillips 5 When he doesn't fire, we don't fire.
    Pritchard 6 Did OK.

Hamer's shenanigans finally cost us some points today, if I could score him it'd be a duck egg because he's cost us important points, although he wasn't helped by his colleagues lack of response.

I thought that to get a mark you need to play a minimum of 30 minutes (injury time included).

Sullivan   5 Couple of good saves; too much flapping
    Solly       7
Morrison  4 Lucky with the "offside" goal that was disallowed, and that Mooney and Lisbie couldn't shoot straight
Taylor      4 As for Morrison. Orient created space for too many chances
Wiggins   6  Extra marks for his goalline clearance at one end and shot cleared off the line at the other. Needs to work on his right foot
    Hollands  5
    Russell    5
Jackson   5 Not his fault that it was his first game back after injury. Should have been subbed earlier
    Kermorgant  5
    Wright Phillips  5
    Pritchard   6

I know he wasn't on the pitch long enough but surely hamer should get a mark ... His sending off had a massive impact on the game
no the system we use requires a player to be on the pitch for 30 mins, as Rugby says, and I don't want to change our system as it then screws any
comparisons we then make with this or any other season

sorry I disagree, the covering defender Morrison/Taylor also was culpable as was the ref for a poor decision, so where do you draw the line.

the system we use has been in existence for at least 3 years and as it is used for comparisons I do not wish to change it or we are not comparing like with like, OK Hamer did ***k up but so have other players in previous matches. Also don't worry about Harmer's average as it is pretty low anyway and in the course of a season it will even itself out.

If at the end of the season there is groundswell of opinion that the system should be changed then that is the time to look at it.

How does Solly become MoM, when he gets a lower mark than Pritchard  (scratches head)
