    Never buy expensive HDMI Cables
    I feel the same about phone chargers. my daughter left her blackberry charger on holiday and asked me to pick up a new one. i went in curry's, pc world, dixons etc and they wanted around £26.99. i refused to pay as thought it robbery. i went online and got an aftermarket one for £1.49 including delivery on EBAY.

    Tried getting a USB cable? £16.99 in Maplin but £1 in Poundland. (May be cheaper in the 99p shop but didn't look)
