    A complete knob from my school was on Blockbusters.  He won a fiver.

    RIP Bob, one of the programs I used to watch and really enjoy (rahter than "just being on")
  • Wow i cant believe he was that old

     

    RIP i was not a clever lad but i did enjoy watching that programme made me realise i aint the thickest on the planet or even in my own house back then

     

    Great TV when i was younger just at dinner time whole family watching and eating cant think of anything other than the simpsons now where my house is quiet for half an hour

    I knew that, but I'm in love with the myth. I still think a re release of 'Baker Street' will honour the man and the legend !

    Remember him doing one of the early ITV quizzes too, I think it was called 'Dotto'. Also did the early morning show on the old LBC . RIP Bob, a nice person.

    Ed Miliband paid a Twitter tribute to him today, saying that he fondly remembered him on 'Blackbusters'..............What a major tool that idiot is.
