    As you can see i was going to attempt to sum up my phase one training week by week, but i have never really had time at all as life in the navy doesn't really give you much time at all !

    Phase one went really well apart from minor hicup from me after i had forgot ( YES FORGOT ) to shave one morning but i soon got a kick up the ass and never made the same mistake again and never will i assure you ! haha

    It was the hardest expeirience of my life both physically and mentally but i feel i have come out of the otherside with a better attitude towards life and towards myself in general! I have now been an able rating for over a week now and hoping to pass out of phase two withouth hinderance and set sail by the end of January ( that's when the real fun begins )
