  • Exactly! Although we went in on our quieter night - too many very late nights catching up with us a bit so very nice to just have a few beers, a chat about Charlton and a bit of pool!

My lads holidays were Torquay ("the English Riviera", no less) and a walking holiday in the Peak District. We knew how to live in them days.

Sounds like my kinda scene, stopping in a quiet country pub for lunch and a drop of warm real ale...............aaah, happy holidays........................

Only proper proper party / lads holiday I've done is Puerto Banus, Marbella in 2009. Cost a fortune and full of footballer wannabee rich kids living on their parents cash but sh*t there were so many fit birds.

A week on the sauce out there on it broke me... didn't think I'd drink that intensively again... until I went skiing in St Anton last year and that made Marbella seem like a relaxing break.

Going this June, my pal has property there, any good?
Yeah, enjoyed it - we had the best of both worlds as we were in a lovely hotel up the quiet end (the Majestic) so could relax by the pool etc during the day, but then it was only 15mins from all the bars and clubs up the other end, where it's really lively. Lots of good cocktails too - highly recommend the Viking bar.

Oh, and go to the Castle restaurant - it's a fake castle with moat etc, but they spit roast a mixed grill on a sword and it's so nice!
    Cheers fella

If anyones interested I will get some details from my pal who is currently in Bulgaria (lives there 3-4 months of the year) for his apartments/flats in Sunny Beach and post them on here, might be able to get a discount for Charlton fans contacting him (he's an Addick as well)

Did maga last year which was quality.
Got ibiza rocks booked up this year

    doing 10 days
I was looking at the "rocks" ones. Where did you book yours? On there website or internal?
Did it on there website in november while it was 20% off, then booked flights with easyjet seperately.
Only came to £20 more per person than Mallorca Rocks did last year, which is good, thought it would be alot more, being Ibiza. We did that through thomsons though

  • last one i did was to kavos... messy,

And every "lad" should have a relationship with a Russian girl before he settles down. But don't settle down with her unless you are 110% absolutely sure. I know of what I speak...somewhere out there is a Russian girl, now in her 40s, who screamed "durak" (idiot) at Pardew at the Den in 1992 when he missed a sitter for us. Little did I know how right she was.
  • Aged 16-20 = Magaluf/Zante/Ayia Napa/Kos

Aged 21 = Vegas (can't drink anywhere before 21 and you can have an amazing time cheap and find out the places you'll go when you return with money to waste)

Aged 22 and up = Ibiza &/or Vegas (both expensive but amazing when you have the dough to have a good time)

Ibiza all day long being going since 1987, going again this year staying at Es Vive costing a fortune but well worth it, you'll need about a grand spending money if you go for more than five days.

Ibiza is amazing. I've managed to persuade my wife to let me roll back the years and have a few nights out there with the lads this summer. Although it helps to be into the music and everything else that goes on over there, I challenge anyone to go there and not have a good time.

    Roll on July 28th!

12 of us did a massive villa in ibiza and it's defo the way to go if u can afford it.

If u go Ibiza then I urge u to go zoo project. They have turned an old zoo into basically an outdoor club. The seal pit at night is iincredible. Dc10 on a Monday is also quality...and obviously cream amnesia on a Thursday!
