Champions perfomances

The last two games seem to have shown exactly what Brighton & Norwich did last couple years. Winning when it matters, grinding out results, with maybe a touch of luck.

Beyond caring about what anyone else thinks - ''never looked great when i've seen them'' or ''they'll hit a bad patch soon'' GIVE OVER, this is our promotion to lose now.

We are the best team in the league no question. We have spells where we get dominated but our defence are so solid that we can let it happen. Other fans seem to get bitter and jealous when we do this but do I care? I absolutely not:)

You missed the Llera classic "they`ve been lucky" (what, in 26 games ?) classic. I don't think I remember us dominating a division like this in all my time, not even 2000. Let the "bad patch" come, it'll only make it interesting lads !

No. We don't want a bad patch. :-)
  • we had our bad patch in December when we won 2 drew 2 and lost 1, we also had a blip in the first half of October when we won 1 drew 1 & lost 2 although one loss was in the JPL....thats as bad as it gets for top of the table teams, i think it constitutes 2 "bad patches", a win against Exeter is all we need now.

when norwich won the league a couple of seasons back, when they came to our place, we battered them-result 0-1.

if you don't concede many goals, you are always in with a shout.

our two losses in the league have come from a deflected goal and a game we played with 10 men for 85 mins.

At Orient, their winner was a hugely deflected goal too.

To emulate Huddersfield's dubouis "unbeaten" run, we havent lost in the league this season cos both goals against us were deflected and thus doesn't count! :-)
  • Is Huddersfield Dubois Blanche's brother in Streetcar?

and the goals in both those defeats were scored by ex-Addicks so they don't count

They do, but for us, so we won them and now have 66 points
