Blip

Fans of wendys & other promotion rivals have all said that we will soon enter our blip.

Well, I hope they're all happy now as (I believe) we are well and truly in the middle of it.............and guess what?.....................We're still bloody winning!

Our forwards are failing to score, our free-flowing passing style has been absent more often and (according to many) our keeper seems to be going through a lack of confidence of late, flaps like an albatross and couldn't catch a train.

And here we are, sitting pretty on the top of the tree, with a gap that seems to grow with every game.

Can't wait till we get our form back..............................................................

It's still true that we may have a blip but why are they all so sure they wont? We have stetched our lead because they have all slipped up lately. If they fail to win it makes no different what we do.
They must realise they are fighting for one spot now - after all we realiosed that in previous seasons.

The Yorkshire clubs have each got to win 4 matches more just to overtake us!
  • The Blip happend in December.

Didn't help the others much though did it !

But you can see that the goals have dried up and how important our defence is.

Nice stats alan. Think with Stephens coming back into contention we'll see a return of attractive flowing football.

Interesting table, december seems to be the blip and an interesting array of 1.25's.

The rankings with the exception of December underline just how consistent we have been, leading for so long but only just being the monthly leaders this month

Interesting that January is the only month that we've ranked #1. Good job we've been consistently good.
