So does that mean that season tickets will not be on sale from the 5th April till the 5th May?
We will go back on sale after April 14th if and when the team's promotion is confirmed.
Why April 14th? Is that when you are expecting us to win promotion?

We can't sell in the week after Easter because we need the time to process the backlog that builds up in the final few days. That's also why it's difficult to give numbers. We have to stop processing to count the ones we haven't processed.

Sounds promising. How does that compare to this time last season?

About 11 per cent up on the position at the deadline but with three days to go. I'd expect to get to 9,000-plus, which would be 50 per cent up.

No, you're correct. At present you can't. We intended to offer this, but it has taken much longer to develop than we anticipated and still isn't ready to go live.

I was given the tasks of renewing 3 season tickets went online can do mine but I do not have my sons or grandsons login password details (they are on holiday this week so I cannot contact them) so I cannot renew theirs, will have to phone to-morrow and pay the credit card charge. Surely one log in password would surfice, why make things so complicated.

There's no charge for debit card. If that helps. Charlton charge for the cc, because the cc companies charge Charlton.

If any are U18 there is no fee, as the consumer credit act doesn't cover transactions under £100 and hence we don't get charged by the card services provider. The reason you need a password for each one is so that you can't buy someone else's seat without their permission. You will probably need to supply the CON numbers anyway.

On the whole, the online systems aren't up to it, which is why they are being improved, albeit slowly.

Bought my lot this morning. The fella on the phone was extremely professional and it was all done in a matter of minutes.

And I don't care what anyone says, £49 for my sons seaso in the Upper West is absolutely fantastic value. People are still amazed when I tell them that's the cost - particularly the plastic Chelsea fella I work with who pays £60 PER MATCH whenever he bothers going!

I have their season tickets so have got the their Con numbers, but if they have never registered for online tickets they would not have password. Even if i tried to register them, the passwords would be sent to their e-mail adddress of which I have no access. I should have renewed them before now and not left it to the last minute, we all learn by our mistakes:-) Keep up the good work and thanks for taking the time to respond.

I found the on-line method almost equally as easy as those who did it by phone. But I did have to call the office the following day to confirm the transaction went through because you don't get an email response back from the on-line method?!!

    Hello Airman
I just renewed online and because it did not appear to have gone through I pressed the process transaction again. ( I know it tells you to only press once but it looked like it had failed the first time. Trigger happy that's me )
Lo and behold when I checked my account it has gone through twice. So will it be automatically refunded when my mistake is spotted, will I have to contact the ticket office to point it out, or do I have to find someone lighter and possibly better looking than say, BDL, to sit on my lap next season? ;-)
    Thanks.
