Just seen on the news aged 62.

I have to say that a number of people have departed at an early age recently & it does appear that being overweight is a recurring theme. I don't wish to be disrespectful, but can't help saying.

RIP Jocky.

    I met him briefly once when he did an exhibition where I was on holiday. I'd gone to reception for something or other and he was there waiting too. We exchanged a few words and he wished me all the best for the rest of my holiday.

    Nice guy with no side to him.

    One of my claims to fame is beating him at 501 about 20 years ago. I don't claim to be any better than your average pub player so was well chuffed at the time. mind you, he was absolutely shit-faced at the time..........................................
