The Music at the final whistle - Someone have a word!!

I have noticed that this is creeping in at our club, the final whistle goes and if we win some brain surgeon plays - De der der de dum etc, you know the one, please please please please please please please please please please please STOP, we are not Wigan or poxy Fulham FFS!
We dont need it, the supporters were singing anyway and and whoever makes the decision to play this crap, needs a....well someone needs to have a word.

Please make it stop!

    How about something from the Van Susans? Never heard them played at The Valley.

    I like the song we play at the moment. My brother happily jumps and sings about to it and other youngsters in the ground do too, it's a happy song which we all are when we win. If it were to change then I'd suggest VFR, cant get more iconic than that for the fans surely? Do we still play that before kick off? Dont come away from the bar till just before the players come out.

    No music @ all would suit me - let the crowd provide the atmosphere.....good or bad....at times I wonder if i have strayed into some sort of rave or nightclub ....

    No to bothered about5 musicf at the end, but maybe a better tune. Into The Valley or something.

    Do wish we''d turn the music off a bit before kick-off in the second half though - on Saturday BDL shouted 'You Gotta Make Some Noise' the crowd responded but the music got turned up to drown out the crowd and kill the atmosphere stone dead.

    We dont need any music at the final whistle...but if we have to, something more CAFC would be OK...Into the Valley....but really no music.

    The rifles should be played more at the valley. Only Found out saturday that into the valley isnt a charlton song!

    For the record we have played Tom Hark at the end if we've won for about 10 years!

    You will also notice that I don't say anything, usually, until SCP has done his second wave.

    At the end of game after a win is fine and I'm usually to busy clapping the players to notice or care about it. As long as we don't start it after a goal I don't care.

    I have no problem with the current music at the end but i'm not surprised that fans didnt know that we play music at the end because win , lose or draw most of our fans bugger off early.

    dont care what gets played at the full time whistle as long as we dont play music after we score. i'm happy as long as win, not gonna look for reasons to get the hump.
