CP said we had all 25 players in training, presumably that's 23 now.

Pritchard or Hughes in for Hollands, Green in for Wagstaff.

    Hamer
    Solly MM Cort Wiggins
    Green Stephens JJ Cook
    BWP Kerms

Or Pritchard in the middle with JJ out wide. Plenty of options available

If Green was left out for tactical reasons, then he'll replace Waggy, indeed he might have replaced Waggy anyway to provide fresh legs.

    JJ or Pritchard in CM

Surely we can appeal and Hollands and Waggy can play Monday? As we did that with Hamer.

I think Green's been ill this last week

Think you can only appeal straight reds...not two yellows, so Waggy can't appeal.
    Daft isn't it!

    Hamer
    Solly Cort Morrison Wiggins
    Pritchard Stephens Hughes Cook/JJ/N'Guessan
    Kermorgant BWP

Waggy got 2 yellows so dont think we can appeal, but not sure if monday is to soon for the ban in any case anybody know the time delay?

The suggestion was that he didn't travel because of ill health. No idea if that means he'll be fit for Monday, but I'd go for experience on Monday.

I'd bring in Hughes alongside Stephens
  • Hamer
    Solly Morrison Cort Wiggins
    Green Stephens Pritchard Jackson
    BWP N'Guessan

Subs: Sullivan, Taylor, Cook, Haynes, Kermorgant.

On the basis that: we don't appeal Hollands, Green is better, Jacko is up to it and Kermorgant is absolutely finished.

Hughes has been out of squad so long...

    so,.. prolly gonna be Pritchard

Would it be JJs first game in CM for CAFC if he does it?
    Can't see that happening

Pritchard and Stephens together? Don't think that would be wise

I thnk all cards are immeadiate, so Waggy will be banned for Monday.........but we should appeal Hollands red so he can play.

Also Morrison picked up a yellow so I think he could be banned too !!

Could Morrison play CM, with Taylor in the back 4?

Why would you do that when you have several players in Hughes, JJ, Stephens, Pritchard and maybe N'Guessan who can play CM or in midfield?

Haynes may come in even if only on the bench

We could appeal Hollands red meaning he can play Monday

Isn't there something the diciplinary commitee can do (by way of a longer ban or something?) if they think you are appealing in order to get a player eligible for the next game with what they consider a frivilous appeal....I think there is.

We did for Hamer so he could play vs Brentford a few days later

Yes, but if they consider a club are manipulating the system I'm sure they can 'up the anti' somehow if they think you're trying it on.

They could but I don't really think the FA care that much about League One to look at it that closely

We would do that if we wanted more of a defensive balance in midfield, assuming Hughes (the obvious option) was out of the equation, as he seems to be.

If we appeal Hollands it will be deemed frivilous and they'll up the ban. Hughes in for me.

Green for Wagstaff is pretty straightforward.

Also think BWP will come back in for N'Guesson and possibly Jackson for Cook.

Dont like the look of Pritchard and Stephens central.
