Sad to heard this news on Saturday. Fond memories of Eddie managing Barry Town in the mid-90s. He was a real character, and highly respected in these parts. Best wishes to Reams and the family.

I have left a message on the Into the Valley Messageboard, but i would just like to say Paul that the loss of a loved one puts football rivalries and disagreements into perspective.I was so sorry to hear the news of your Father Eddie who played a big part in the rise of Charlton after the terrible decision to leave the Valley for Selhurst. My thoughts are with you and your family.

RIP, before my time. Nathan Blake loved him, and he did so well at Cardiff and Wrexham, what a career to have.
