    Exactly what you'd expect him to say at this point. What do people expect less than a week after picking up the Championship and breaking however many records?

    well what position are we aiming for next season? a norwich/southampton??
    A play off place or just survival in the championship....with the profile of our club the premierships where we belong but i understand it does take time to build a squad to get there.
    All depends on waht we want to achive..

    Norwich and Southampton didn't exactly have wholesale changes after winning promotion. Evolution not revolution.
