For the final time in League One here is the Statbank for the last game. many thanks to the 65 Lifers who gave marks and to all of you who gave marks through out the season, without you these stats would not be possible.
I would also like to thank those of you who mention your appreciation of these stats as it helps.

AFKA & I will now work on the Season's Stats which we hope to have published some time next week, so don't go away.

Until next season - ONE AIM

    great work again, thanks LL.

Tough luck on the Blades ... first time at least 15 years that a team has > 87 points and not finished top 2.

Surprised at the relative closeness in the possession and shots stats - as for corners I would have guessed less not more than the opposition.

I don't know if it's easy to do, but might be interesting to see who has had the most/least variance in their scores (ie. "standard deviation")

Sorry if I've got this wrong, but didn't Evina play 2 games?
(Rochdale at home [when Solly was ill] and Preston away?)

Great stuff, LL - as usual.
The comparison of matches v Hartlepool this season v last (bottom p1) tells the whole story really!

Sorry to be a pain LL, but there's a similar issue with Sully; he played Preston away too. (Along with most of Orient away).

I'll go and get myself a life now. :-)

PS. Thanks for doing this all season LL - you've done a superb job - especially as you have to put up with nitpickers like me!

    Cheers!

Interesting that Jackson comes 11th in our overall ratings, but 3rd in the POTY poll. I guess ours reflects JJ with injuries whilst POTY is more Jackson at his best. Just imagine if he'd been injury free all season.

Solly played all the Orient A game but I did miss counting PNE away which gives him 44 games, but all his other numbers are correct. Thanks for picking up these errors, I do make mistakes and rely on you and few others to find them for me, like CAFC CL is a team effort.

LL, I was talking about "Sully", not Solly, silly. (Sorry.) :-)

JJ's 3rd in the PTY because of those two free kicks - and fair enough too!

Oh you mean Sullivan and you are correct of course, when transposing stats for the last game I used the Wycombe stats instead of PNE for a couple of players, I'll do an update tomorrow.

I made a complete cock up of page 2 of the stats so I have now corrected it and it is re-issued here:

Yes, the top 2 match exactly, whereas that's a major anomaly, partially explained by players who were good (hence high average marks) but only a few games (Cort, Pritchard, Hughes) hence not relevant for POTS.

It's interesting that all our 1st choice defenders got over 7, whereas NONE of the 1st choice midfielders did.

But JJ got 12 goals including those all important free kicks which I am sure helped him get a few well deserved votes.

But clearly not enough to bump up his match ratings on Charlton Life!
