Kick off 7.45pm

Fifa Rankings: Russia -13 Czech Republic- 27
Form:Following on from the tournament opener comes a clash between two remaining teams from Group A, who will also fancy their chances of progressing past the group stages. Russia are unbeaten in their last 12 games whilst Czech Republic will feel that they will also be in with a shout of progressing should their top players perform from the start.
Tactics:The strength of the Russian side should mainly come from the right hand side of the pitch. They have a solid central defence from which they are able to build. This is demonstrated by the fact that they have kept six clean sheets in their last seven competitive matches. Elsewhere further up the field,
Dzagoev will be key in a play-maker role to sit in behind the two strikers. Along with
Arshavin, he will be utilised primarily to try to feed
Pavlyuchenko,
Kerzhakov or
Pogrebnyak upfront. All of this and the fact that I
gor Akinfeev is returning to the side in goal indicates the Russians will be hard to beat.
The Czechs lack of fire-power could cost them at the finals. The side is sound defensively however, with
Petr Cech keeping marshall in goal. Stalwart
Tomas Rosicky will be key, and if he's able to reproduce glimpses of his rediscovered best form like he did in the second half of the season for Arsenal then he could well drag them to success this summer.
Ones to watch: Kerzhakov ( Russia) Rosicky (Czech Republic)
Odds: Russia 5-4 Czech Republic 11-4
Betting Tips: Wincast - Kerzhakov to score anytime and Russia to win 7-2
Prediction:Russia's options in attack should be enough to help them get off to the best possible start with three points. Although solid in defence, the lack of any real outlet means that Czech Republic look unlikely to cause an upset here.
Russia to win 2-0
