Harvey Garden development

For some time now the recently built housing in Harvey Gardens seems to have ground to a halt.
Brickwork complete, roofs on, but thats it.
Anyone know why the works have yet to be completed?

    Have The Mysterons bought them out with the aim of moving the road back 100 yards and doubling the size of the Covered End. Perhaps that's also why they've not bothered replacing the old badge yet as well ;-)
