Our 'history' as such with Brighton is quite a decent one. Mutual antipathy to Palace for a start, loads of great and memorable games between the two clubs, not least the 4-3 wonder game. Players such as Nelson, Robbo, Curbs et al. Gritty as Brightons manager for that game of death. Both clubs being forced out of their grounds, and as a result a very fine turn out of Addicks at their fans united day. Probably more positive stuff too I fail to recall.
...and of course we have Deigo they have Gus, almost co-joined twins of clubs in many respect.
the only downside was when I met Brighton fan Atilla the Stockbroker at a party once and he spent the evening telling me how crap (particularly the wonderful Carl Leaburn) we were, and how great Albion are...this was before their dreadful abuse at the hands of Dick Knight (?), maybe he has learned grace and humility since then.

I don't think there'll be any problem selling out, assuming we are doing OK on the pitch. The police argument is about the numbers they require to police the town on Easter Monday, rather than an expected problem with football fans.0

Nothing wrong with Dick Knight, he rescued them and kept them going! It's Archer and Bellotti that sold the Goldstone out for a DIY store.

I think you've got your history slightly muddled. Dick Knight is a legend (formerly Chairman, now Life President) who ousted Bill Archer.

We don't seem to have a problem when we play down here. In fact the local landlords are on record as saying what a pleasure it was to host us in town last season and The Cherries still play most teams on a Bank Holiday Monday from what I can see - I think it's just your lot and Leeds who would be unwelcome due to their previous.want do they think will happen? we have no problem with brighton, and our mutual hatred towards palarse brings us closer together.
The problem is 1000+ men on an all day booze up then all out in Brighton for the night (as well as being there the night before as well)
Different with palace as there is a lot of trouble surrouding the match, but Millwall ain't exactly got history with them around football.
Ours is Boxing Day away, so a rubbish one for us too.0 -

Um, yup - reds, whites and rosés are available on the concourses. Usually Pinot Grigio.
I think your choice of beers are - Fosters, Kronenbourg, some cider or other, Harvey's Best and . We get those except we don't get your beer (only in Dick's Bar), but we do get Dark Star Hophead. The ales are available at the kiosks or at the stand-alone mobile pumps. All major credit cards accepted. And cash if you feel like it.0 -

If you're coming from London, your London-Brighton train ticket will get you to Falmer, whether you're going via Brighton or Lewes.0 -
