Knowing my choice in music I can scarcely believe I'm going to say this! Recently I just happened to watch the last few minutes of a live BBC special with Michael Buble, he did a rearranged version of the Elvis classic "You were always on my mind"......he absolutely nailed it, superb and left me feeling elated. I'm no great fan of his and certainly not of Elvis.......it came completely out of the blue, which made it all the more surprising that I loved it!
Hallelujah - Jeff Buckley/Leonard Cohen We can work it out - Stevie Wonder/The Beatles Where did you sleep last night - Nirvana/Leadbelly? You've got the love - Florence & the machine/Candy Staton Mrs Robinson - Lemonheads/Simon and Garfunkel All along the watchtower - Hendrix/Dylan

Which reminds me, Fine Young Cannibals did a good cover of Suspicious Minds.
The Air that I breath. Albert Hammond/ The Hollies. Anyone who is familiar with Albert Hammonds songs will know several of them have become big hits for other artists.

I think I prefer Neil Young's rocking grungy version
