Sidwell scored,
Bowyer was superb
Bullard looked lively despite the hammering.

    I don't think the midfield did that badly until half time, Ambrose looked good, Holland and Faye did a job, and Hughes ball caused the pen.

    I get the feeling they were told to sit deep, and defend after the red card.

    Also Reid looks like he'll be a good player, wanted the ball all the time, good range of passing, and quicker and stronger then I thought. He might be the answer inside

    i'm looking forward to seeing Reid fit, think he will be a good asset.

    I think a few of us are guilty of feeling a little too low after the defeat. The thoughts of a new regime etc. probably raised hopes a little bit further than most expectations should of been, and its wrong to feel a little bit too negatively on what was exceptional circumstances.
