    at my level .. years ago ... a crossbar was a luxury let alone thousands of pounds worth of electronic state of the art kit

    I did it about ten tears ago and I'd still say it's one of the highlights of my playing career. Much better than scoring.

    I once managed to hit the top of the cross bar twice with a single looping header. Much better than getting a shot on target.

    If this had been in place for the Euros, John Terry would have been caught out with his off-the-line clearance.

    Yet the passage of play should have been stopped earlier because of an offside.... There will be some seriously upset people if something like that happens again!

    No goal. The ball actually rebounded quite near me, but I didn't react because I was too busy punching the air and whooping like an idiot.
