Wonder what happens to all the cars used in the Olympics. Noticed in the cycling they are all nice BMW estates and one for each rider.

Must be worth a few bob, I assume they sell them off after, I wonder where you can pick them up.

Anyone know?

Saw a nice one drive past my house last night all smashed up at the front. If your driving in a lane all on your own how did he manage that.

BMW will supply more than 3000 vehicles to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, including 1550 BMW 3-series Efficient Dynamics models, 40 fully electric Minis and 20 BMW 5-series Hybrids.

I read that they would be entering the second hand market in Sept-Oct. BMW will drip feed them to stop values of any particular model dropping.
