I very rarely travel by train (thank God) but I've got to book train tickets to get to Wembley next Saturday for the Men's Football Final. I'm finding the National Rail Travel website and booking form totally infuriating. I registered with the website when I received our tickets to enquire the best route and costs. Today I tried to log on to book our tickets but having forgotten my original password, I asked for a reminder.
I got all the way through the booking form but the website didn't recognise my email address, then it did, but said the password was wrong. They sent another temporary one and when I tried to log in it said my account is locked and I must contact customer services.
ALL I WANT TO DO IS BOOK TRAIN TICKETS! Do they have to make it so complicated? I bet all the visitors from abroad must love such a stupid booking method. I would have driven there but unless you have a blue badge they won't let you park. I have a very badly arthritic knee and using public transport is going to be a problem anyway, even if I manage to get as

D used to be £5 for the day, but I'm not sure if that's been changed for the Olympic period.
There are no ticket checks, haven't been for the whole period of the games. There is slight steward overkill at St Pancras, they didn't laugh when I asked them if they were expecting Millwall to turn up?
