From the cameras it appears to be a bridge between M25 and Dartford Heath but NOT the Dartford Heath junction. So, you can enter the A2 London-bound at the junction.

I has problems with the M20, m25, m3, m27, a31 and a35. Nearly 6 hours to do 180 miles.

Saw the aftermath of this about 9.30am. One of those when you look at the position of the two cars involved makes you think "How?" and more importantly "How fast?"
