Was there last month. Prices in restaurants a bit higher than the High Street - the Indian restaurant is good. Book in advance for certain activities online as popular ones can get fully booked by the time you arrive.

High wire tree trail adventure good if you have a head for hights! Hire bikes for a few days if you are active.
  • Book a few things before you go, take or hire bikes, don't expect it to be cheap but it is good value, relax and enjoy. You will have a great time

Take plenty of money with you. A week in Elveden Forest in July for me and the lad cost the best part of £1300 (Inc accomodation). Their new slogan is Pack 'em in, rip 'em off, chuck 'em out (My opinion of course)

by the way, the pool and water rapids etc are free. Kids will happily spend most of the day in there!

At Center Parcs apart from the pool everything else costs you.
Bars and restaurants pricey, and no entertainment provided.
  • Been a couple of times really like it.
Take your own bike. Their ones are nasty.
