Frankly, I think that the 'human rights industry' hasn't squeezed enough out of the taxpayer on this one and he should be allowed to appeal again.....in fact until the end of time and either the lawyers have all the money that once belonged to the Government or he dies in a holding cell in Belmarsh. Just keep appealing until you get the verdict you want at massive cost to the chumps like you and me that pay our tax so that halfwitted and confused defenders of 'fairness' can simper over theocratic, fascist, would be mass murderers. Oh the irony!
