What a response after the disappointment of Watford!

I've been away from internet, TV and radio so finding out this result has topped off a good day!

Great performence by the boys today. Back 5 today were outstanding. Still feel the midfield is a bit week but the 5 that played worked their socks off. Fuller was an absolute beast up front. Didnt think much of blackpool, eveb though they had much more of the ball it was us the created the better chances. Oh and a big thank you to Leon cort who has made my bank account look a tad healthier.

Great performance. Slightly worried first half because however hard Stevens, Hollands and Razak tried they still seem to give the ball away too much. Second half was easily our best performance of the season. Two good goals but most importantly we kept our shape, didnt drop off ten yards when we went in front and completely stifled their team and their fans. All played well but special mention for Wilson who has taken some stick, Solly for his goal and my own MOM Fuller who has no Premiership airs and graces about him, he worked tirelessly for the team.

Well there's a turn up. I was out all afternoon trying to earn a crust. Got so caught up in what I was doing, completely forgot about the game.

Checked my phone and oh my word.

Well done SCP and the lads. Great to learn about the impact of Fuller, a goal by Solly and a clean sheet. Superb.

My pre-match prediction was an edgy game that could go either way and would be settled by a single goal. Was sitting here listening to it and feeling all smug before Solly went and spoilt it. Bastard!

Seriously, well chuffed. Going by the commentary, Fuller was immense today....................

whole defence was a rock, Solly motm for me. Not just the goal but the amount of times he stopped crosses from coming in was brilliant. Just home, great day

Well done everyone. Didn't dare say it during the game but we never looked like losing this. Great to see us go one up and not sit back and let them come on to us. Also there was much less hoofing going on with the 4-5-1 which I can see us playing often in away trips.

This is going to be a strange season for results but there is no reason to think we will finish worse than mid table. Good day out this one.

Blackpool reminded me of MK Dons last year, lots of tippy tappy passing which looks fab, but not much else.

  • A great win, also great to see certain posters not posting at all, guess they have nothing to moan about.
