Anyone know a good Employment Lawyer?

A friend of mine is being bullied at work and believes the company boss is looking to get rid of the existing management team. Looks like a very strong case of wrongful or constructive dismissal to me. Is anyone on here an Employment Lawyer or do they know one?

Don't suppose he's in a trade union is he? Usually have the best employment lawyers and they're free to members.
