I read the book - Isaac Marion - pretty good. Film looks good. The Mrs may take some persuading to go and watch it at the cinema though.

Zombieland was a great film alongside Shaun of the Dead.

Jessie Petterson - 'Eat, Slay, Love' is another zombie comedy story, written from the perspective of a girl. Best for your kindle / ipad / kobe reader unless you like the pink cover.
