This is a shameless self-plug so feel free to ignore.

I'm doing a half-marathon for the Aspinall Foundation's Madagascar project very soon. Lemurs are the most endangered mammals in the world. Charity pleas are annoying but even £1 goes a long way in Madagascar. If not, no worries at all.

I'm also writing for the brand new Lemur Conservation Network which I'm very proud of. Next season I'm likely to still be spending most Saturdays supporting these guys!
