Goncalo Brandao has one on the 'a' in his name and a cedilla on the 'c'. Though I'm not sure if he ever made a first team appearance. Probably didn't. The 'e' in Jose for Semedo has an accent I believe0

The n's and other letters that have an ~ above them are called tilde, I think the general term for all marks is diacritics (or similar). Can't think of any players though!0
