Johnnie Jackson's tweets
I've got to say, if you look at his photo gallery and the comments he's attached to the pics, JJ seems to epitomise the camaraderie and spirit within the squad that we all hope exists.
He's constantly rinsing his teammates about their dress sense, tattoos, looks, who they look like, their behaviour etc and it all seems to be done in a good spirit.
It may be unimportant in the great scheme of things, but it made me feel good about the squad and the spirit within it.

I saw a picture on Twitter of Solly, Hollands, Wagstaff and think it looks like Taylor, amongst fans in a maidstone street from Saturday night. Team bonding.

JJ will have a career as a broadcaster on TV or radio after his footballing career - no doubt. He's got the looks for TV and seems eloquent when needed.
Decent sense of humour helps too and seems a genuinely nice bloke0 -

His natural ability baring set pieces isn't great, but he has a real footballing brain and passion, right place, right time in attack and defence.

“I loved it, and I think all the boys enjoyed it,” he said. “I think it was an eye opener, a bit different to what you’re used to because they really do get behind their side and make it hostile, but you live for days like this.
“It was a game that we have looked forward to for the whole season and obviously the fans have as well. We bought a lot of our boys down and they were in fine voice, and it was a shame we couldn’t get a goal for them and give them a bit more to cheer about attacking wise.
“I’m sure they will be pleased with our efforts on the pitch because I know all the boys are in there and have given everything they’ve got, and we’ve earned the point.
“It‘s a very tough place to come and I’m delighted to get to 100 and it was a nice game to celebrate the ton.”0 -

Yes, they surprised me as usually his corners are brilliant. JJ and Syevens have an excellent delivery from set pieces.Red_Raver said:

just came on here having read his interview post millwall, and wanted to say how much sense he talks. in this respect, I think he is the ideal person to captain us, and as others have mentioned, he's a funny bloke on twitter too. mancrush0

Was having a conversation with a CL lurker recently about the view that Powell is "too loyal" to his players.
They made the point that SCP values team spirit and group effort very highly so what might seem to outsiders as being too loyal is more about maintianing morale and esprit de corps. The lurker mentioned that Curbs was the same.
I think the manager is reflected in the captain (ironically one he didn't buy) and the other players.0 -
