    We definitely had someone come on as a sub once who could claim to have had a substitute appearance in the champions league. I think he replaced waggy one time during the dire 2010-11 season

    Tom Henning Hovi - anyone remember him? Played in a Champions League Qualifying Round for Valerenga in the mid-2000's and also in the Cup Winner's Cup in the late '90's (including against Chelsea I think).

    In his brief loan spell at Charlton he ruined my 15th birthday by letting Marco Gabbiadini give him the run around in a 4-3 victory for Derby at The Valley in '95.
