Ended up 4.0 - Appears that Livermore and Townsend ran the show. Could have been much worse.

    Wiggins is useless, get rid.

Close the Academy. Sack Paul Hart.

OK, sounds like a selling plate for Spurs players. Bet there are a few dozen scouts there.

selling plate well guessed, match was overrun with scouts and a few other well knowns - Steve Coppell from Crawley

    DEVELOPMENT SQUAD 4-0 CHARLTON
    Posted 08 January 2013 4:23pm
Jon Obika, Jake Livermore and Andros Townsend were all on the scoresheet as the Development Squad beat Charlton 4-0 at the Training Centre on Tuesday.

The lads dominated from start to finish with an impressive performance in which Zeki Fryers played his first match in Spurs colours.
And it was the 20-year-old who began the move that led to the opening goal in the sixth minute. After winning possession in midfield Fryers slid the ball to Ryan Mason who in turn played a superb through ball to Obika, who took one touch before lashing a shot into the roof of the net from 12-yards out.
The Charlton goalkeeper kept his team in the match with several good saves from Townsend, Falque and Livermore shots, but we doubled our lead just before half-time with a counter-attack that was started and finished by Obika.
An Addicks corner was headed out by the 22-year-old allowing Livermore and Carroll to exchange quick passes in midfield. Obika had steamed forward and a lovely long pass hit with the outside of Livermore's boot found the striker 25-yards from goal, the Academy graduate taking one touch before drilling a shot past the goalkeeper to make it 2-0.
After playing a neat one-two with Falque, Livermore got his name on the scoresheet when his low effort in a crowded penalty area took a deflection en route to the back of the net.
And it was 4-0 soon after as Townsend scored our fourth and final goal with a curled effort from 20-yards in the with the outside of his right foot.
Substitute Souleymane Coulibaly and the lively Townsend came close to adding another couple of goals in the closing stages but the Charlton goalkeeper was equal to their efforts.
Development Squad: Miles; Fredericks; Fryers (Stewart, 62); Veljkovic; Hall; Mason (Gomelt, 66); Carroll; Livermore; Obika (Coulibaly, 66); Townsend; Falque
    Subs not used: McGee
    Goals: Obika (6, 44), Livermore (48), Townsend (51)
